Application for the exhibition - information
An area of six square metres is provided for exhibition booths. For this standard size a fixed fee of 275 € will be charged. For larger booths, a price of 85 € per square metre will be charged for the additional space (subject to availability). All stand equipment (tables, chairs, partition walls, power supply, etc.) must be brought along or ordered from the venue at your own expense.
The exhibition will take place all day on both days of the congress.

Information on exhibition booths will be published online on our website including details of the institutions and the contents. For this purpose, we will ask you to approve the finalised abstract from your application form.
Congress fees
After your application has been accepted, you can register up to five persons, who are in charge of your exhibiton booth at the reduced rate for contributors (205 € per person for both congress days). Additional persons will have to pay the regular rate to visit the congress (230 € early bird rate until 31 December 2024; 260 € standard rate from 1 January to 15 May 2025; 270 € from 16 May 2025).
Cancellation
Exhibition booths can be cancelled free of charge until 31 January 2025. After this date, a cancellation fee of 100 € will be charged. The cancellation fees for the persons you name as supervisors for the information stand on site are analogous to the conditions for regular participants.
