Professor Gilmour brings extensive expertise in law enforcement and public health, including 30 years of police service and current roles as Professor of Practice at the University of Keele and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Exeter. His work spans advisory positions with the UNODC, OSCE, and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, particularly focusing on violence prevention and multiagency collaboration.
