Ayuntamiento de Guadalupe
Abstract:
Inspired by the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, constructivism and constructionism, this program aims to offer new and fun ways to generate meaningful learning for children in the municipality of Guadalupe that transcends in their school environment.

Luis Guillermo Flores Chávez has a law degree from the Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo campus Zacatecas, a diploma in Public Policy with a youth perspective from UNAM and in Innovative Governance from the New York University Governance Lab.
He represented Mexico at the Youth Assembly Forum at the United Nations in 2018, was the first youth advisor of the State Human Rights Commission of the State of Zacatecas and later Director of the Municipal Institute of Youth in Guadalupe.
He currently works as a facilitator in the LEGO Serious Play methodology, certifier of labor competencies before the CONOCER, trainer in human development and public policies, was director of the first Directorate of Promotion of Values created in the municipality of Guadalupe, Zac. and is currently Undersecretary of Social Prevention of Violence and Crime in Guadalupe, Zacatecas, Mexico, from there he promotes community development projects and culture of peace for the construction of a family sustainable city.
